1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Non-metro / Remote areas: 5–10 business days

CYORA SMART is not responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier partners and location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners in India such as:

Delhivery
Bluedart
DTDC
India Post (for remote areas) etc.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on location and order value.
Additional COD charges may apply if applicable.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Courier delays
Remote delivery locations
National holidays or strikes

Cyora Smart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the product is shipped.
