Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to products sold by Cyora Ventures under the CYORA SMART brand (“CYORA SMART”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


Limited Warranty Coverage

CYORA SMART warrants that eligible products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period specified on the product page or product packaging.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, packaging, or accompanying documentation, eligible CYORA SMART products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Any repaired or replacement product provided under warranty will continue to be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This warranty is applicable only to products purchased directly from CYORA SMART or its authorized sales channels.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Defects in workmanship occurring during normal intended use
  • Functional failures not caused by customer misuse or external damage

Warranty support may be provided through repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another appropriate remedy determined by CYORA SMART.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Accidental damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Fire, heat, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect voltage or electrical surges
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
  • Consumable items, batteries, filters, accessories, or components subject to normal wear unless specifically covered by the product warranty

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, customers must contact us with:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos demonstrating the issue (if requested)

Claims may be subject to inspection, testing, troubleshooting, or verification before approval.


Warranty Resolution

If a valid warranty claim is approved, CYORA SMART may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace defective components
  • Provide an equivalent replacement product
  • Offer another appropriate remedy where repair or replacement is not reasonably available

The specific resolution will depend on product condition, availability, and technical evaluation.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

Where a warranty claim is approved:

  • CYORA SMART may provide instructions regarding return shipping.
  • Customers must not return products without authorization.
  • Responsibility for shipping costs, if any, will be communicated during claim processing.

Warranty Claim Rejection

A warranty claim may be rejected if:

  • The warranty period has expired
  • Proof of purchase cannot be provided
  • The issue is determined to be excluded from warranty coverage
  • The product shows evidence of misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, or accidental damage

Limitation of Warranty

Except as required by applicable law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CYORA SMART.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYORA SMART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
