Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

This website is operated by Cyora Ventures under the CYORA SMART brand.
Throughout the site, the terms “CYORA SMART”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Cyora Ventures.
No Return Policy
All products sold through CYORA SMART are subject to a No Return Policy.
We follow a limited return policy. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, but eligible replacement/refund will be provided for verified issues.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Failure to read product specifications before purchase
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality
All purchases made through CYORA SMART are considered final, except where replacement or refund is required under applicable law or as specifically described in this policy.
Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be approved only if:
- The product is received damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product is delivered.
- The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- A verified manufacturing defect exists upon delivery.
All replacement requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by CYORA SMART.
We will prioritize replacement wherever possible before issuing refunds.
CYORA SMART may choose to repair, replace, or refund at its sole discretion based on case evaluation.
Replacement Request Window
Customers must submit a replacement request within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Requests received after the 5-day replacement period may not be eligible for replacement. However, eligible products may continue to receive support under the applicable warranty policy.
Transit Damage Claims
Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be rejected.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are advised to record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video when opening the package.
For claims involving:
- Transit damage
- Wrong product received
- Dead on Arrival products
CYORA SMART reserves the right to request supporting evidence before approving a claim.
Non-Eligible Claims
Replacement, return, or refund requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Misuse, negligence, or abuse
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided once an order has been successfully delivered.
Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and payment gateway dispute resolution policies.
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled before shipment.
- The product is unavailable after payment has been received.
- A replacement cannot be provided for an approved claim.
- Refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
We will prioritize replacement wherever possible before issuing refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the payment provider or banking institution, it may take 7–15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@cyorasmart.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
CYORA SMART reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian GST regulations.
